How much did you pay for your Cobalt SS/SC?

Hey everyone, I've been looking for a new car for a while and I'm really interested in the Cobalt SS/SC, i drove a few and love them. I have a 2001 GMC Jimmy now and i dont really like guzzeling gas and going slow. (Interested in selling it if anyone wants it) So i was shopping around and heres what i found:

06 SS/SC non g85 silver - looked like stg2 $17400
06 SS/SC G85 new (leftover) $20800
07 SS/SC G85 new $22500

and that was best i could talk them all down to... So i was wondering how much everyone else paid for theirs because i feel like they could do better on an 06 leftover stickered at 23,000!

im also in NY so i guess they're more expenisve... ill go to CT or Jersey if i have to...

THX

I got my used 06 SS/SC for about $12,000. Sticker price said $18,500 (ish, I don't remember for sure) I traded in my 2000 Impala, which is why I paid 12ish.

It has the G85, sunroof, all that fun stuff. And the milage is 5,800 and I got it with about 4,500. Pretty sweet.

Brand new 07 SS/SC Polished wheels and low-pro spolier were the only options I got (spolier does not add any$$) I paid 19,700 OTD for mine.

I got my 06 leftover, SS/SC G85 for $20,555 after rebates and such, minus my trade plus my negative equity and I have a $28K loan on my car right now. I bought my car in March.

Sticker MSRP was $22,555

They are after a nice trade in. lol. Unless the sticker price of 18,500ish is low... I was pretty excited when I got it.

I suppose I have an unfair advantage as I used to work for the owner and I've bought 4 cars in the last 2 years from him and got them all for $100 over GMS (employee) price. Makes it easy, I just told them what I wanted, they found it and gave me the price. Cheaper than I could have ever negotiated.
