first off, the car has not broke down 3 times for the same thing
second they picked up the car ASAP
third they are paying to have it fixed. they have not legally done anything wrong, only morally.
the car was 21k. after the 9.6%apr because i have no credit and the warranty fee's tax/title/tags and everything. the total cost was 27k

you should have given people more clues as to what happened and your background with the car. noone would have assumed you beat the car yourself if you mentioned it already had over 25k miles on it.

Its the fork and 2 other little parts, they have the fork they have 1 of the little parts...there waiting on one more that no one apparently has. he couldent give me the exact name of the part and i did not probe to find out.

Klutch, that really sucks, hopefully they get you going sooner rather than later. I hope after this the Balt proves to be a reliable and fun machine for you. It sure does look good.

Hopefully you get it back soon clutch. When I had to replace the tranny and clutch on mine, they said 3 weeks to me as well but got it done in 1 so dont feel too bad man. I know its a shitty feeling.

And 21k is about right for a used SS/Sc at a chevy dealership I just checked today. 21k + (9.4% = $1974) so already hes looking at $23k + sounds like he has GMAC coverage which is another $1500 and your at $24,500. + TTL looking at around 25k. I dont know how he figured 27k but hes not far off form what it would cost me to go buy a used SS/Sc at a dealership tomorrow if I were so inclined.
