I will make this the 1000's DP thread

But seriously, more and more people are buying DP's everyday.

Long story short, I need all the help I can get cause I'm horrible at making decisions.

For Xmas my girl is buying me any down pipe I want.

so take everything that has to do with cost and stuff away.....money isnt an issue

Which DP performs the best..........quality, no issues with CEL's or fitment etc. quiet and great customer service.

appreciate the help thankx..im looking to buy friday if there is any good sales on them.

Meh. I would just go catless, man. If you need to get inspected throw your stock down pipe back on. I have a Hahn catless down pipe with a Hahn catback and I love it.

ZZP, CIA, and Hahn are all popular choices for downpipes. I'm sure you'll like either one you choose.

You don't what you're talking about "gangsta" this isn't for your 2.4 type-s, its for an ss/tc.

BTW I have a hahn catless DP. Hahn and ZZP are the choices I'd go with myself.

I have a catless ZZP and it's great. It looks great (who really looks anyway) , it sounds great, fits perfect......and it's not as expensive as most others. I cant see spending more for some of the others when that money could be used on other things for the car.

I'd say you would gain whp if it's catless. Not sure about catted.

I really suggest just getting catless. It's cheaper and it sounds awesome too.

No....they don't just make parts for cars with different flanges. It requires more than that. And we're talking brands that WORK FOR HIS CAR, not yours.

It would gain more (1-3) if it was catless. It will still gain.

If you would choose Hahn, make sure you check out www.TurboTechRacing.com we have them a bit cheaper than going direct to Hahn

ah okay! I getcha.

Misunderstanding.

The DP is our biggest power gain though. I think it will be a bit more than 10-15, just my 2 cents.

like 1-3hp max dude. not a terrible difference. catless will give it a slightly different sound and add minimal hps.
