no, i understand. I took out the 5 grand because i knew i wanted to mod. the car. I just didint understand all the posabilitys. I have built two or 3 mussle cars. real new to the tuners. I'm sure I will be ok. Just wanted to start a thred to see what yall thought

Well what are your goals with your Cobalt? How much power are you trying to accomplish? Do you care about driveability? If your car blows up, do you have another car to drive?

whatever you do make sure you dont want to change it , like dont put money into the supercharger and then later want to go turbo thats the only thing im saying

Exactly. This is why I tell people all the time to make a goal. I went through the same thing with my old car and I could have saved thousands if I just had a inital plan.

Uhm, JBP WILD Engine build, twinscrew, tune, and RKSport CF Ram Air Hood.

And you need to have your goals for your car, don't waste money...and why the heck would you take out money to mod your car? Why not just use the leftover money instead of getting a loan. Thats going to be trouble in the future.

You guys are rough. LOL. i have helped build two cars a 65 malibu and a camaro. and built my own nova. ok, anyway i would like to race 1/4 mile the most. and dont really care about vibrations.

i would love to get into the 12's, just cause my buddys dont think i can. 12.5 would be my goal.

i am paying for the loan with my car. i was going to buy a brand new one but figured my payments would be the same if i bought a year older and put the extra money into the car. i work at the dealership. got a good deal. i could spend 10 g if i really wanted to. wouldint be smart,... lol. anyway. thanks for the replys.
