I didn't get MAF screws either and I went through all the packing paper looking for it.

yep mine came with the bolt to bolt the intake down, 2 MAF screws and a packet of instructions. finally got in it just a little from about 40 to 60 today in 2nd gear and it feels much happier with the intake compared to stock with just an airbox mod. love the whine too. it's as loud now at like 4k as it used to be at like 6500 lol. so now above 4k it just screams!

the only thing I've purchased from ZZP that had instructions was my ingalls t.d. If you dont have basic mechanical know how, I guess ZZP assumes you probably should not be doing these mods yourself

Ya I had no instructions but it was pretty much "unbolt, drill, install". I had a little package of bolts and the threaded clip in the box.

ZZP isnt the only one haha. I just had a hell of a time with my option b and heat exchanger. It would have only taken me a few hours if i would have had instructions!!!

you just have to drill a small hole on a small flange, its easy i got the intake lined up how i wanted then drilled with it in place so i knew where the hole should be

so the hole is mandatory to ensure it staying in place? does anyone have a picture? I am mechaniclly inclined just don't want a project just for an air filter if you now what I'm saying. I expect an afternoon.

I'm sure some water will get to it, but probably not enough to do anything...the zzp supplied K&N doesn't have a hydroshield for it either, what you could do is search for a different(similar) filter that they DO make a Hydroshield for if you are really worried about it.

I looked on the K&N website and found a drycharger that might fit it. The part number is E-4710DK, about $40 on ebay. Gunna see if I can get a number for K&N and call them tomorrow to see if it will fit, I really want one of these just for that added security.

Sorry it took so long for an update but I finally got the dry charger from K&N in the mail tonight. I got it for $35 on ebay and it fit perfect. I am going to try and call ZZP tomorrow and let them know which one works and see if they can throw it up on the site/make it an add-on option with the kit. So thats it, go out and buy it!!
