Hey guys hope you can help me out i have aftermarket intake on my cobalt that runs down close to the ground and next to my tire i dont have the splash guard so when it rains my tire shoots water to the filter and my car bogs out ...i was wondering if i can put a plastic bag over just filter as a temporary fix or will the plastic bag affect anything . Please let me know asap
