its been a long time

I just recently got back my cobalt after years. I love how solid the vehicle is. I love how sure footed it is. I Love the stupid power. What I don't love is the vibration. Anyone have a how to on getting rid of vibrattions in the car. I half want to rip out the inside and just make it "racecar" but would love to have the inside stay inside as well

Oh it rattles a little alright. Nbs doesnt help haha. There are cheaper lighter versions of dynamat kinda stuff that im thinking of trying out. Sucks cause ideally u dont wanna add any weight but man the vibes suck.

I've got rotated mounts and tq damper. I think that is what is giving the vibes. I may look into that sound stuff. Any link to the product?

Don't get me wrong the car rattles all over, but the chassis/suspensionsuspension/power delivery. It's solid as hell

My car is pretty solid for a cobalt as well. I dont have the rattles or squeaks people claim on here.

I purchased it brand new, and I strongly believe taking care of it from day one helped a lot. I also never took apart my interior like lots of kiddies on here tend to do to paint parts.

I'm not saying it rides like a caddy, but for an eco car with a stiff suspension she isnt all that bad.

My wifes equinox feels like you are driving on clouds. That vehicle is solid as hell.
