Magnaflow exhaust muffler replacement?

Magnaflow exhaust muffler replacement?
I bought the Magnaflow cat-back exhaust system back in 2008 or 9. At the time I thought it was one of the better sounding setups. I don't know if I have lost some of the packing over time or what but I wouldn't mind my car being a bit quieter and have a lower tone. I was wondering if any of you knew where I could get a replacement muffler or what might swap in. I'd rather not buy a complete whole new cat-back system. I asked TTR if I could just get the muffler from them and they said it wasn't an option.
If any of you have any ideas as far as what options I have I would appreciate your feedback.

the mufflers magnaflow uses in their cat back kits are just off the shelf magnaflow mufflers. take a few measurements, length, width, height and inlet/outlet diameter (should be 2.5") and inlet/outlet position (center or offset) and find it on their website, take the part number in to a parts store and get one. you may need to have it welded in, im cant remember if the magnaflow is all clamped or welded.
on my car i run the same rear muffler as the magnaflow cat back. the center muffler (magnaflow calls it a muffler and not a resonator) i run is a huge 6" round by 27" long (might be 30" now that i think about it) muffler instead of the smaller 4" body in the magnaflow. it gives a very deep quiet sound.

x2, go get a new one in-place. Perhaps call Magnaflow and maybe they will ship you a replacement ( or an entire cat-back ) since it's lifetime warranty.
If not, get a Borla ProXS installed in-place.

You can go with a bigger muffler in the center (AKA "resonator" like what Skarkey said), or the other options is toreplace the muffler at the back of the car with a bigger muffler.
FWIW, with my car 100% stock, I replaced the muffler with a 5x8x22" magnaflow, and it was noticeably louder over stock, but not very loud.
If I were you, I'd replace the middle muffler/resonator, as it has the most space for you to put a bigger bodied and longer muffler in place to absorb le noise.
