Misfires under light throttle/low boost
First off I have a 2006 L61 Cobalt with forged rods & pistons, TVS 1320 SC, and water/meth injection.
I am experiencing what seems to be a misfire when I am using light to medium throttle in the lower rpms only getting a couple to 3lbs into boost. If I hammer down it stops. I have my spark plugs gapped to .032" and my progressive meth controller should start spraying around 2-3 psi up to max spray at 10 psi through two 3gph nozzles.
I was wondering if having my plugs gapped so tight could be causing the issue or the spray coming on and messing with the fueling. Also if it could be anything else or what to check.

The meth injection is not the problem, I have factored that out. I can get it to consistently misfire under light load in 5th gear around 0 to 3 psi, say when I am going up a hill with the AC on. I guess I am going to try opening up my plugs a bit and see if that helps.
