my fiencee is going to UTI collage and they have spent 2 days trouble shooting it and he believes it is either the coilpacks or the ICM but we had to have it towed to a dealership tonight so we know for shure

^ Exactly, this is why I value the warnity. Anything can happen just because cars are machines. Machines break....I love the GM extended warnity. 75k 7year bumber to bumber rocks. 13 second car with a warnity rocks! Cobalts ROCK! Good luck bro, maybe you can push for stage II since it broke. Being an ass to the dealer = more things for you. Maybe free install when they fix the engine.

Oy... nothing worse than a car enthusiast who can't spell...
Not to be an asshat here... but you did graduate from the 3rd grade... right?
Ya' know... warranty... bumper.
Do you actually pronounce those words the way you say them?
Bumber...

I'm old school
Sounds like the coil pack or ICM. You can expect about $300 for either part. If you are handy, you can install the parts yourself. However, it's super easy, so dealer labor will probably be really small.
