new Cobalt SS owner

We just got a Sunburst Orange SS and we love it. Car rides like it's a slot car! I'm lovin' it and my fiance is diggin it too. What a departure from our 03 Imp. the only gripe i have is this; we were motoring along at about 40ish MPH when some jughead cuts across us on a bike. I give him a courteous tap of the horn and man how embarrassing. That horn could not persuade a deaf person to get out of the way! I had a Sentra SER back in the day with the same situation. I put twin Hella horns on it and BAM, loud horns. Don't wanna put foreign car sounding horns on the SS though. Can I fit a horn like the one on my Imp or better yet a Vette horn? Thanks

Congrats on the car & I'd have to agree on the horn as I was like WTF did GM put a bicycle horn on a car for

Now you have me wandering where I can get a better horn

I could not persuade the little lady to pop for the SC/SS. She aint up to snuff with the car stuff. She said "why does that orange one cost more than that orange one? I'm not paying more money because it has a bigger wingie thing on the back!" no lie!! I am very happy with her choice though. I could have used the extra ponies that the SS/SC offers myself but that's aight. We love "Rusty". Sounds like I will be doin some shopping at hornblasters, thanks everyone for your quick response. Great web site!

Hey, did you by any chance take a ride through the town Rutherford? I remember seeing an orange SS/SC and it looked so sweet.

Either way congrats and welcome to the site.
