I just bought a 09 ss tc cobalt I was wondering where I should start mod wise. I know motor mounts intake ic pipes just by looking at it, what are the tunning options you have that you dont have to send off a ecu. also where a good site for mod parts.

tuning wise you have BYT, Term 2, or Trifecta
Mod wise - you cab start with a catless downpipe, charge pipes, intake, intercooler, mounts, lower that biisssshhhh, tune it, u will be happy

As far as tuning goes, rarely does anyone send off their ecu anymore. If you decide to purchase HP Tuners or know someone who has it, a tuner can email you a tune, then you datalog and email back and forth retuning until you get it right, or you can find a local tuner to tune you. Or you can do an email tune by trifecta which you won't have to buy HP Tuners for.
