Obd2 bad?

So I know about the cigarette lighter fuse thing I changed it & it still don't work! I have a LT model with the SS kit supercharger on it! My check engine lights on & I'm not 100% sure why. I'm burning to much gas I can smell it now I've narrowed down my problems for example my intake filter is smashed in pretty bad bc of my hood which can be cutting off air. It could be throwing an o2 code but I have a new exhaust so I'm sure those were deleted or a mass air flow code bc my restrictions on my filter I need help.. My car runs great still but sometimes it either acts like it wants to die upon stop or it will die obviously my gas is burning to rich so any answers?

he means that the port is not working, i had the same problem, ended up being another fuse, i forget what one, i just got in with a meter and checked each one, because sometimes they are bad but look like they should work. also check to see if you have power at the OBD2 port using a meter to see if its a wiring problem
