OTTP Harness bar (feeler)

you don't need race seats for this, just race harnesses... You might be able to run 4 point harnesses with stock seats. Has anyone tried? your stock seats work fine for track use if your strapped to them... The point of race buckets is the side to side slide, but if you have good harnesses this doesn't happen. The only thing that will happen is your body will get uncomfortable from being in that position.

I am thinking I could make it for about 400 + powdercoat I could not sell it for that. But volume makes a difference. Talk to Josh and Sean; I do beleive that it could be made so the shoulder belts go over the seat and under the head rest but I gotta go look at the car and figure that out...and you have to figure out what to do with the lap belts...its a pita...

Just like this \/ ...I wouldn't even recommend using the bar with stock seats.

eggzactly. I think we would bend chrome moly the material cost is more but its safer to use, and marginally lighter if we use slightly smaller diameter. Grade 8 hardware etc. Anything other than a Corvette is a dream to work on for harness bar and seat belt installs. And we do Corvettes daily
