Deafness? If by that you mean lack of grammar, then yes, kind of.

All i know is when im being followed by the police, my ***** recede until they turn!

 

Who cares if I sucks at grammars. But You know what I am talking about, Nobody is Perfect in every ways. This ain't the perfect world that We are living in. That's my point.

He's not lying. It's no joke out here people. It has nothing to do with safety anymore and everything to do with funding their cities.

 

its like that in all small towns. i am from south alabama and we have a bunch of small towns packed into one big speed trap of a county... im 21 and got my cobalt at 16. ive had enough tickets to lose my license about 3 times.

anyways, now i go to school in a more urban environment where the police are way too busy to care about my loud ass cobalt. they need the money, the city is broke, but there are bigger problems to deal with. i cant tell you how many times ive blown past an unmarked car and marked cars alike and realized it on my way past it. they dont bat an eye though.

its all about location. to the OP, the thing about grammar is that you can always take a little time to learn here and there. read a book, increase your vocabulary, learn sentence structure. your threads make me want to bash my face in

If he has been deaf since an early age then it makes sense, he probably learned to speak and communicate through Sing Language and the grammatical structure of Sign Language is very different than English...it literally is a different language.

English itself is a difficult language to understand if its not your primary. Things like inflection ,pronunciation or order can change the meaning or use of a word. now imagine trying to type/write in English if you grew up never hearing/speaking it.

OP you might what to put a disclaimer in your signature so that you don't have explain the grammar issue.

i hope alot!!!! no one ever thinks about issues individuals have to overcome on a daily bases to try to appear normal..... op dont worry about the some of these guys, they dont think sometimes..... as for your police issue, just dont give them a reason to pull you over and they will eventually leave you alone.... sooner or later they will realize your alright and they wont bug you again.....
