I have read that the new or expanded (renovated) paint shop at the Lordstown plant would not be finished or up to full speed before April ,May or June of 2005. Can any of you guys that work there inform us on the status of the new and or expanded paint shop complex? Thanks!

 

may next year for open house then 6 weeks of cleaning.then full production.there will be some cars goin through it before then..just not a whole lot

 

Is this a all new, seperate from the old paint shop, paint complex? Or is it a renovation of the old paint shop?

Continuing ohn the subject of "to the Lordstown workers", do any of you know when shipment of the SS Supercharged Cobalts will be? I'm now expecting probably January which sucks for me because i'm without a car because Ford's blow (had an 04 SVT Focus) and i would like to see my pre-ordered Cobalt SS/SC here asap, just wondering if any of you guys knew anything about that cause i know alot of other guys are wondering the same thing.
