quick question

i was loooking to buy some new rims and they are 18 x 9.5 so if i got them then i would have to get 9.5 tires and would those rims fit my car? i have an 06 ss/sc!!!i need help and any opinions appreciated!!!

I bet if you went to a tire shop and told them the situation, they would put one 9.5 tire on a rim and let you see if it fit...I don't know tho, call a tech at the dealership tomorrow maybe??

If its fits, let us know man. I wish I could help you, but I would love 9" to 9.5". This means more traction! I'm all for it.

i think that is what i will have to do is go to a tire place and just have them check it out! cause i am looking at buying all black corvette z06 rims and they only come in 9.5 and it will b so sick if it fits so i will keep ya updated if it works !!

Just make sure the fit gives enough room for suspension travel, i see cars with rims that are too big all the time and they rub in the wheel well or on the frame on a hard turn. Premature tire wear and destroys your wheel wheel liners. I've seen a honda so bad the wheel well liner was pretty much in shreds.
