rattle from rear?

rattle from rear?
Ok just recently encountered this... I've looked high and low with no luck? the SS seats don't fold down right? any input would be appreciated. I've looked in the archives with no result in finding this problem.
Pretty much that ^^ Although, mind doesn't rattle. Other then the fan behind the glovebox.

yes, the rear seats fold down......open the trunk and look for the two little "handles" towards the top of the trunk opening....pull them and that releases the seat latch.
