I like it, but I would like it more without the stickers. To answer your question it is definitely not riced out.

As others have said I'm not a fan of it, but I wouldn't call it rice and I don't hate on people who have the roof racks, I just don't want one myself lol

Roof racks only look good on sedans IMO. Rice? Maybe the stickers, but not the rack itself.
