I have an STS that was installed by the previous owner, not sure what brand.

However, it has the stock shifter, which I would like to change.

The thing is glued on there and I would have to break it off, but that's not my issue.

I want a shifter similar to the Sparco Globe-X, because it will work with the shifter and I like the design, however, does anyone with this shift knob felt a difference of weight between it and the stock knob? I want something that's heavier than the stock knob, not too heavy, but one that makes shifting the STS a little easier than the stock knob. Is there any other knobs that you guys recommend?

I'm assuming you have the bps shifter if you have a stock ***.
