if you cant afford a turbo balt id say get a srt-4... they are dirt cheap right now..and easy power and seats are nice but interior sucks

I can't find any srt-4 with not to many miles and no turbo bolts anywhere near me just a few SS s/c so my options are limited

Way too high for an 07 with 58K on it. You might as well just keep an eye out for a 08 SS/TC... some can be found for that same price.

I'd say no... another gauge on top of the boost, that pulley looks wayyyy to small from the pics, no wing, no badges, black out bow tie, tie wraps for what looks like HIDs maybe??, and what looks to be like a retro fit headlight and a painted blower (looks painted from the pics).... car was messed with a good amount.. idk if that is what you want to get into right now being upside down with your current car.... IMHO I would say no.... keep looking, don't rush into it..
