Spare tire/Jack

k i dont know if the previous owner took the spare tire changing equipment out of the car before me, but i cna't find it anywhere, where is it usually (cobalt ss 2.4)

call roadside assistance. im not gonna sell the jack but i havent had my spare in my car for like 4 years. its sitting behind my full size spare and other random bullshit car parts
