Well, now we know why the insurance is so high on these vehicles
I turned 25 last month. Bought the car in March of this year. First car that I bought myself without a co-sign and was able to get 0% 60 month financing
My father bought a 1997 Toyota Tacoma because he needed a truck. That truck ended up being what I drove from when I was 15 up till I was 22. I bought the Pontiac G5 with a co-sign from my father. I pay for my car and for my insurance on my car. I work and I'm still in college working on my Bachelor's and yes, I still live at home. Sacrifices had to be made some where
Oh, and for whoever hates on Toyota, that's just because they don't make them like they use to. The 97 Tacoma still runs today. 3.4L V6, 5 speed manual, XtraCab 4x4. Everything still stock... even the clutch 125K miles and going strong.

Oh really?!
died February 2006
died December 2005/February 2006
died June 2009 (@ post #132);
I'd wager your posting this link brought it back to life though becasue today there have been seventeen new posts in that thread.
I personally will not add to a poll that's more than a couple months old - and feel that polls for cars with their owners/ages should close after a max of a couple months - because of how quickly people seem to buy/sell these cars...
I did vote on this one though.
This thread does positively confirm my suspicion of average age of Cobalt/Cobalt SS owners.
I'm 33, and currently in a group making up approximately 4.56 percent of this site's active membership - the second smallest age group with ten people having currently selecting it.
(The 36-39 group, and the 40+ group are currently tied for smallest @ eight people having selected each those groups - so I guess you could argue that I'm in the third smallest age group).
Now if I drive a "young guys" car, does that mean I have a better chance picking up younger women than older ones with this car?
