OK all these posts are getting really confusing so lets try to clear things up a little.
Lets get a list going. Post your name and the State you want the club for. Then just keep adding to the list. The more people per state the better!

I am definitely down for starting a Delaware Chapter. Permitting I actually get my cobalt.
