sunny day=clean car

it was a nice day here in nova scotia, canada wondering if it was for any of you other cobalt owners out there and if so did you get that good detail job done on your car? here some pics of what i spent my morning doing, first good clean of the year

might get a little more artistic and take it out of my yard for pictures later.

lets see yours freshly cleaned

Is your rear bumper muffed up on the driver's side? Or is it just weird light glare? Car's clean that's for sure!

scuffed up previous owner hit something i dont know what but i've been looking for a new bumper for sometime but the all seem to be coming off smashed cars and are worse then mine, keeping an eye out. and as for the wheel gap, had a lowered car for 2 years 2001 civic slammed 4 inches, been there done that, i want to be able to make it over speed bumps with out having 80 year old women honking at me to go faster. maybe in the future i might get some sm springs but as of right now i am content with it.
Anyone else wash there car ? must be someone out there put your pics up

we just had a few nice days in a row here so yesterday I decicded to wash and clay bar my car. And then after ALL the nice weather and ALL that hard work YESTERDAY, as soon as I pull out the garage this morning to go to work, it starts raining

Nice stocker. You shouldn't need a new bumper. It doesn't look that bad from the pic, maybe you can just have it repaired.

ya theres a tiny slice at the top of the scuff there so im gonna try to get a new one but if it doesnt happen this summer body shop it is. as for your scenario i hate when that happens, and it always seems to be this way. how do you like the clay bar was looking at the kit today but didnt knwo if it was hard to do/ worth it? opinion?

thanks for the beautiful car compliment. i try and that was a camera phone pik. as far as the silver and clay bar thing not making a difference i could see thats probably true for silver. it will only take all the impurity crap off the car and make it easier to wax. but it is good for your clear coat and helping to take care of that shine so it might be worth the 16bucks.

the two cars in the garage are a 71 chevy chevelle ss 454 original
and a 70 chevrolet corvette stingray 454 as well original.

sad part. neither of the run

the projectors are gen 4 depo headlights

Definitely worth it. IMO, it's the next best thing to having your paint buffed. I would clay bar it then put a nice coat of wax on
