swapping boost gauges

if i take the psi boost gauge and switch it into my car which has the kPa boost gauge, would it work 100% perfectly, with no error on the reading of boost/vacuum? i want to do the swap but i want to be sure that it will work fine just by switching it.

thanks

This is a good question that I don't think has been answered.
I believe it would work though.

It will work fine... I swapped gauges... Plugged in the new one and no problem, 17psi as it should be.

Youre talking about stock gauges like this one
