Can you forward your emails to the Better Buisness Bureau? I heard if you file a complaint with them, the company HAS to respond. At the very least it would be interesting to see what ZZP's responce is. Ive heard many great things about ZZP, and only a very hadfull of bad things. No company is going to have 100% of it's customers 100% satisfied. But How a company handels an issue is important. What happened is unfortunate however though.

Both, it's 2 step and has an extremely low abrassiveness, might work for one or the other.
Edit: just like any polishing test on an area you can afford to mess with frist if possible.

cool thanks for the tip!
as of today i just found out i already lost the old car trade in deal. this all took too long.
but maybe i can just go somewhere else after cleaning this one up and selling it and just using that for an even bigger down payment. it seems zzp wont be helping anyways.

That suprised me as well,
But when I read abit more, it seems that all they look at are customer complaints and how they handel them. I could be mistaken though.
Also, the customers that had issues that they did correct/resolve right away obviously never even made it to the BBB.
But what got me was the no responces... Youd think they would have responded and told the BBB their side of the story, as aposed to just ignoreing it.

Here is an idea: Copy and paste your email text into an Xtranormal video dialog. Have one "beardog thing" be ZZp and the other be you. Change your name and ZZP's name, and see what kind of comments you get. Add that its an actual email transcript from an auto parts supplier.

honestly i dc if its 600 or 10,000 dollars in parts that they messed up. they need to fix it. if you let someone such as a company like that there gonna continue to do it to other members as well. but at the same time i hope uv learned a great lesson but its sad you cant even trust a vendor and in the future know that it just isnt worth to do anything like this again. but seriously id be calling them up and asking to speak to someone other than the guy you have been emailing back and forth but goodluck man i hate to see anything like this

Just a segue, but Hahn Racecraft is an A+. Already feeling better about working with them!
