I don't think it was a waste of time.
Typing for myself, and I'm sure others will agree,
that we knew there had to be two sides to the story. Many of us
were waiting to hear the 'other side' that you posted. While
waiting, some of us have started to get somewhat afraid of making
feuture purchases from your company.
The time you took to make that post, I'm sure helped
restore faith in your company to several customers.

i just wanted my **** fixed. and when i asked for assistance on returning that i got ignored for over 5 days.
this still isn't good customer service. nor is being called a liar, fraud or child.
i never said not to order from them, i just posted the evidence.
you were always free to make up your own opinion, and i encouraged zzp's reply this whole time. if you read what he says in nearly all his posts and compare to the emails, the logic and validity isn't there. they have wonderful parts. thats as far as it goes.

personally i think if zooomer thinks hes right and the op is wrong is shouldnt be a "waste of time" or an issue getting the proof if he is actually right. the op did it so im sure the owner of a company can surely do it.

well either he should provide proof that the ops a liar(if he really is) rather then getting all butt hurt or just send the dude some return labels and be done and everyones happy.

sorry im just looking at booth sides here. not to mention you arent telling zoomer what a d bag he is, how he sucks with servicing their customers, calling him a piece of **** etc etc etc.....

meeehhhh not satisfied one bit with the this "ZOOMER" character, saying hes not a customer, then in his rant saying he is a customer, then hes not a customer, he needs to keep things the same, also if hes such a good customer service rep, then he shouldnt be calling anyone a "********" when he has the ZZP logo at the bottom of his posts, goes to show he doesnt care how people perceive him or ZZP as a company, OP seems to have all the proof and "ZOOMER" gives a typical big cheese response that ive heard from many other companies

but the time isn't the issue.
i want to return the rpd and his 3 gauge pod and am ignored about the shipping labels.
this wasn't my mistake. so i still don't see how thats right that i have to cover that.

all he has to do is ship to them. yeah zoomer clearly isnt a good guy but he told him what to do. if he doesnt want to pay for the shipping then he can deal with the scratch.

He said you can go ahead and sue or file with the BBB if you want,
But he never said you threatened lawsuits.
Aperently things are getting taken out of context and twisted to mean
what they were not intended to mean. This could have been the
cause of this whole mess in the first place.

why should the OP pay to have it shipped back and replaced when clearly the people at ZZP scratched it lol i mean if i went to his house and scratched someones car, and they accused me, all i have to say is deal with it lol according the this ZOOMER fella says

He said he never told you 3 months but Im saying since you said they told you 3 months right when you sent it out, then it shows you werent lieing cus y would you make that up when you just sent it out.
