I don't think it was a waste of time.
Typing for myself, and I'm sure others will agree,
that we knew there had to be two sides to the story. Many of us
were waiting to hear the 'other side' that you posted. While
waiting, some of us have started to get somewhat afraid of making
feuture purchases from your company.
The time you took to make that post, I'm sure helped
restore faith in your company to several customers.
So thank you,
ZZP

Are you learning disabled, unable to read, delusional, or just really, really high??
Zoomer did nothing but make ZZP look worse, make himself look like an ass, and reinforce the OP's story by continuing to obviously lie....

No he didn't
He said you can go ahead and sue or file with the BBB if you want,
But he never said you threatened lawsuits.
Aperently things are getting taken out of context and twisted to mean
what they were not intended to mean. This could have been the
cause of this whole mess in the first place.
At this point, sorry dude, I'm with ZZP.

"8. He starts threatening law suits, etc. Demands $600 now and I tell him I'm deleting any further emails from him that don't directly address the situation and the options I've given him. Options being A. send our RPD back and wait for the final unit as agreed in our initial deal. or B. Send back and we'll swap the RPD screen out with another."
he also said that i lied, when i didn't. also said that i didn't offer to return the 3 gauge pod.
it doesn't matter who's side your on.
but please read everything and understand it before you post. i never once threatened the bbb or a lawsuit. they already have a low enough score, and that **** takes too much work. i've got a life too.

why should the OP pay to have it shipped back and replaced when clearly the people at ZZP scratched it lol i mean if i went to his house and scratched someones car, and they accused me, all i have to say is deal with it lol according the this ZOOMER fella says

Well, not high, nor am I delusional, unless my delusion is that i'm not delusional, then id be delusional that i'm not delusional. I wonder if that works the other way round.
But ya, I do have a hard time with reading comprehension. Your right, Zoomer did make ZZP look kinda bad in a Unprofessional way. I'm just glad though that he chimed in and gave us his side of the story.

this situation is very upsetting to hear about this dealer.....
hav bought stuff from them in the past but not sure they need future business with the way they treat people, espically a customer that lent them his stuff so they can make a new product and turn a profit off of it.....

None the less im curious as to why an expensive unit was not packaged more carefully, not insured, and weather or not it was damaged before or during the shipping....iif before...... you should have realized that he sent you brand new parts or in new condition parts and they should have been returned in the same condition as received....if during shipping then idk what to say to the op.

Nothing good every comes of a vendor calling someone a ******** in public. Right, wrong, customer, not customer. Doesn't matter. It's just not ever a good idea to put potential customers in a position of asking themselves "wow, will I be treated that way if I deal with him too?"
At the same time, attempting to resolve your issues on a forum like this is inflammatory.
This is just no win for anybody.

Let's use our heads here... Is a screen more likely to get scratched while mounted in a brand new car, in a protected area, for less than a year..... Or kicking around on somebody's workbench in Michigan for 10 months?
Of course people are going to assume that it was scratched in your possession.
I've never known Haza to lie about anything... And anybody who knows or has dealt with him will feel the same way. He's not some "punk kid" that can be discredited and swept under the rug.
