Thinking about going with a cobalt SS...

Hey guys. Came across you while browsing the net. I'm considering buying a '06 Cobalt SS. I'm just wondering if there is any issues I should look for, or any problems that have been well known. Seems like you guys know your stuff so I'll ask you. Also wondering if there is much difference between the supercharged vs. the newer turbocharged? Car has 30,000 on it, but is in really good condition. Anything you guys know, or could tell me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

SC'ed cars are unique. If you have the money the TC is a better car. But a used SC bought for the right price can be just as fun for cheap.

If you PM me the VIN of the car your looking at i can give you it's GM history. Warranty work ....build sheet yaddaaa yaddaa

make sure it has the G85 Package. check where the spare tires goes theres a list of codes for the car. G85 will or will not be there. Without it you dont have LSD and will be slow forever.
