Tire pressure monitoring system

If i switch rims do i have to switch the sensors? And wut if i dnt do it?

take sensors and put them in new "rims". Easy. Tire shop should do them automatically.

yes you have to switch the sensors. i didnt switch them on mine yet and it just said service tire pressure monitoring system every time i start the car.

they are weird, when i just got a cut in a tire it sat in my trunk all week and read 2psi then went out yesterday, replaced the tire and all of five mins ago went out again hah

No, but if you don't move them over you wont see the tire pressure, your car will say to service the tire system, and the orange light for TPMS will be lit up all the time.
