Did anyone else read about the whole satellite phone thing on his steering wheel?

What about it? It's pretty sweet. I press a button on my steering wheel and then I can say "Call Jane" and it will call Jane for me. All hands free, and the call comes through my car's speakers. I believe it's one of the On-Star features. You can also add your car's satellite phone to your Verizon wireless phone bill's minutes so that you can share minutes between your verizon cell phone and your car's satellite phone.

My car has its own phone number, and when someone calls it automatically mutes the radio and plays a cell phone style ring noise. Then I can press the same button I use to call people to answer the call.

my 06 has the onstar phone, but its in the rwm, but that is pretty cool i would say.

They should have just called it the "2.4 option" or whatever you call ION3's with the 2.4. Just "Cobalt LT" on the left and a "2.4" badge on the right.

The thread pretty much died... all the nice people who wanted to say congrats did so, so I have no hard feelings or anything about him dissing the new "Sport" instead of "SS" thing. Mods probably don't bother on a thread that has more or less died already.

P.S. Thanks all of you for congratulating me I love my new '08 Sport. Fully loaded. Mmm.

congrats, i just bought the exact same thing about 2 weeks ago...black '08 sport, fully loaded. got mine with the GMPP extrude honed exhaust mani, GMPP sport catback, and CMPP instake...and put the SS/SC highrise spoiler on, debadged and painted my calipers since I got it...

Show me what rule I violated and then I could see getting a warning.... I stated my opinion and that’s it.... Im telling him what he already knows, that his car is in fact... is not an SS, but rather then get into an E-dick battle, get over yourself...
