tuning questions

Is there any tuning shop around Dallas TX that can tune a lsj also how is the "can tune" that zzp have is it safe to run it for a little bit till I find a tuning shop

i thinkg a ZZP canned tune is a very good starting point should be updated but safe to run for sure

Ok soo its safe to run ok cause I've been reading about them some say its bad and some say its good so idk I need to get options about it personally

It's a starting point. It takes into acount for mods that you already have and will get you into the ballpark. Do you have any gauges can you watch IAT2s?

Ok yea I order the aeroface interceptor so with this I can run the zzp tune until I get a real tune

I'd recommend one it's so you can see if you are going lean which is really bad. ZZP will set their tune up a bit rich tho but I would still buy one

They are both gotta have gauges for the LSJ since you do not have a factory wideband you need an aftermarket one but the aeroforcer would do wideband if you had one on the car. They do pretty much everything!

Ya you could do a failsafe but I'd prop just get the reg gauge I have AEM gauges and love them!!

Just wanted to say the fail safe is a pretty cool guage to have, it has it's own logging capabilities and can be set to read 2 things at once(have mine set to read boost and afr)

One day I'll get around to setting up the actual failsafe on it lol
