What Have You Done To Your Cobalt Today?

Well if ZZP is tuning you I'd check with them since they've do a lot of these. If you tighten it too much you'll get surge which has to be adjusted in the tune.
But how you tighten it is basically move everything over to the right in your picture. I'd at least install extra nuts. The stock turbo has a little bracket to keep the rod from moving but the ZFR doesn't. Better safe than sorry, it's a nightmare to adjust this once everything is on the car. You may want to take the WG off to do it like I did.

My car has been there since last Friday. They have had it all week and tim told me itd only take 2 business days. Bull **** its taking this long especially with how much money I have spent there on built motor and turbo kit. Now this trans swap. My **** shoulda been done already.

Attempting to install my oil pressure sending unit, and then cussed and bitched while removing the snapped off adapter from the block. Ordered a legit stainless steel adapter, round two come Tuesday.
Wired all my A pillar gauges, trimmed, zip tied, and pulled the remaining harness through the firewall.
Ordered more parts and a pioneer double din.
Next project converting the interior lights to blue and black catz custom gauge faces to closely match my autometer cobalts.
