Yeah I sprayed all bolts and heads. Especially the whole end of the arm as far as I could spray up and in. I have a torch and dead blow on stand by. Our winter's aren't horrible, but I try to keep the under body clean throughout the year. Reading some of the stories, kind of wished I picked up another bolt just in case.

Go for the LNF cables too if you really want to tighten up that shifter!

I got 2 bottles off e-bay for $18/bottle free shipping

The bracket is nice for sure.

The bracket and base bushings are good enough for me. Def not dicking with cables, my hand is still messed up from installing the upgraded bracket. You need the hands of a 5 year old to install that damn thing, lol.

Lay under the car longways and do it that way.
Cables and bracket slip right in.
I've taken too many of these cars apart

I already installed the bracket w/o issue other than contorting my hands in all sorts of ways.

I got it installed in 15 mins. No issues removing the cables from the bracket or reinstalling them either.

It was just a tight spot to work with having adult size hands.

I'm going to have to paint it or get it powder coated. Haven't decided yet. They dismantler cut the brake line that connects to the caliper. I'll have to figure out something there as well. I can't seem to find those lines for sale. Hopefully I'll have everything ready to go on in the spring. That'll give me most of the year to buy some steelies and winter tires.

I'm horribly tempted at times to develop some rear disc swap brackets, but I have so many things on my plate right now I have time for nothing.

I'd clean it up fits and see what kind of shape the coating is in.

I actually thought about having brackets made too. I have both axles now. So, I could trace the caliper tabs. There's brackets for sale from some companies but they are super expensive. Makes no sense. It's a plate of steel with 7 holes drilled in it. Although, I have no use for the brackets. Maybe others would want them. Maybe a weld on solution would be cool too.
