It does depends on state guidelines and your medical director in nebraska we can use the combitube and albuterol assist with nitro and patient owned inhalers we also have the use of mcgill forceps the only we could really use the use of is cpap which our medical director for the fire dept Im on will not allow emt-b's to do however i'm a medic and can pretty much do whatever is needed. within protocol of course.

I have a few pairs of piloti shoes, which are great for the heal to toe. But I also picked up a nice tight pair of shoes from puma.

Piloti prototipo

Piloti spyder, which I now use as my airport shoes cuz they slide on and off so easily

Puma rep cat 2's I think....

I drive/race in skate shoes. Doesn't matter what brand. Usually etnies. But right now i have some cheapo starter ones from walmart and they work perfectly fine.

To each their own... I drive using pumas, i actually have a pair set aside for just driving. I like how (with the right pair) they have thin soles, and the fact that they are decently light. I can drive in anything, but with the pumas, its just so much easier to gauge clutch and throttle. From what ive seen, most professional drivers, and i use that term lightly; ive been invited to a few Lexus, Mercerdies events, most wear pumas.
