What is stance?

you are right it could be set up to handle better but if people are happy with the way it looks and can still go out and have a **** ton of fun on the auto-x course then they are doing it right. not everything is about being in 1st place. its about enjoying your car every moment of it.

But Josh, neither you nor Nate are running ridiculous amounts of stretch or so much camber that only 10% of your tire is on the ground. I wouldn't call either of your cars undriveable just because they are low. But you gotta admit that some of the examples of stance that we see are not something you could drive hard.

Dood, you do ONE AutoX and you act like you do it every weekend. You ain't fooling no one. Your setup is not ideal for AutoX whether you think it is or not.
And I suppose you know 95% of the people on this forum? Please tell me exactly what you mean by this comment. Do you have videos of this hard driving you speak of?
I hope you guys come to CED, I am excited to see you guys at the AutoX.

People are always going to come up with the little excuses and they just wont admit that **** works. We will admit its not the best but we do w/e we want with our cars
people said we were all slow....boom we proved that wrong
People said we couldnt track our cars...boom I went out and proved that wrong. I shaved 3.5 seconds off my first time running and caught up to the same times as Evo/STI drivers.
Now people are saying w/e they wanna say to still try and prove something lol.

its because people don't understand the practice of "if you don't like it, dont say anything". frogstofall, and anyone else, if you're so against "stancing" a car. then why the hell did you come in this thread? why did you buy aftermarket wheels? frogs i don't like your wheels, or head lights. so i'm going to follow you around and any time you post about your car i'm going to tell you its worthless and you should have went in a different direction with it.

I could give two ***** if you don't like my wheels. I love them personally. I know you're trying to make a point but I think you jumped to conclusions.
Blazin', you gonna comment on my question? I'd like to know what you meant by that driving harder than 95% of this forum comment.

If you need it in writing, that's 150+mph while slammed (in Mexico).
STFU.

I'm not sure where you read in my comment where I said I don't like stance. Could you highlight it bc I seriously don't remember that. I think it looks nice when done right. I was just calling out two guys who said some things that I decided to comment on.

Well you see I conducted a survey on 2,000 members of the site. This was a case study that took quite a bit of time and energy but I found it necessary to truly find out who I drive harder then. Tire wear, clutch wear, throttle percentage, brake temperature and many more factors were all taken into consideration. After weeks upon weeks of studying and analyzing all this data, I came to the conclusion that I drive harder than 95% of this forum. There you have it!
This thread delivers

I have no stance and my ride still feels like **** lol.. I really don't care about being stanced or not it's your car and you do what you want to it. Plain and simple. If I have the money best believe I'm gonna stance it but I don't so I'm riding stock its just funny to see that every time there's a thread about stance there's the "ride quality" argument. This is like east side vs west side **** lmao

On my stock suspension bumps hurt lol... Plus you can't expect RACING coilovers to have a good ride quality when it's supposed to make your car more rigid. If you want ride quality go buy a Toyota Camry
