PNs:
(Rear Fascias 2007-2008))
12336078 SS/SC
12336077 SS/NA 2 dr
12336079 SS/NA 4 dr
12336076 LS/LT 4 dr
12336075 LS/LT 2 dr

(Extensions)
22730028 SS/NA (one piece)
12336082 SS/SC (need grille inserts)
89025744 Grille insert RH SS/SC
89025745 Grille insert LH SS/SC

and yes with paint expect it to cost a pretty penny. Check on shipping costs of the fascia too -- the size of the box puts it into an oversize category and we have found it is cheaper to purchase it at a local dealer (see if your local dealer will sell it to you for trade).

are you sure that its lower down than the ls/lt's cuz my buddies ss/sc rear lip got ripped off and just from lookin at it they look like they are the same with the exception of the slots.. i didnt do any actual measurin though so it may have just been the way it looked..

^^ That is probably the best route for the OP. Less than half the price of replacing the back bumper, a lot less work, and looks better than the stock SS/SC rear lip IMO.
