i lucked out, my cobalt and normal insurance premiums would be just fine and dandy, but ive owned a 92 trans-am which i supercharged and a 03 mustang that i turbo'd..... crashed em both, needless to say my father loved the thought of me getting a 4 cylinder so he put it under his name! What he didnt know is that the cobalt SS tears it up, i took him for a ride after my stage 3 dynoed at 254 HP and he is starting to get a little worried LOL

Old men SS/SC owners here
33 be 34 in October. 2006 SS/SC silver 21800 miles. My dad is 62 and he bought his Yellow 06 SS/SC in april last year straight from factory in Lordstown. Only has about 1500 miles on it 15 in 15 months

I respect any younger kids who pay for their own car.. i had/have to
although it would be nice if my parents did buy me the cobalt or my first car (95 eclipse)..id have a lot more money in my pocket lol
