my rubber thing that goes on the front suspension is riped and it makes noise like i have a flat tire it sucks... anyone know where i can get these or what that thing is called.

Isn't that the tie rod boot cover? I'm sure any local auto parts store could order one.

they dont offer pats for it as far as i can tell.. you have to buy the whoe assembly. they're about 180 per side

you can get a universal c/v boot kit at autozone or discount auto parts but if you have no idea how to repack the boot and joints with grease then you should get the axle i know autozone has them for life time warrenty

looks like its been leaking for some time with all that goob slung around, id replace the entire cv shaft, especially if its making noise.

well, your local chevy dealer would have it. and thatd be a fun little projet for you to take on. if you just ask for an axel boot theyd get you one.

well, at least when im workin on a car at work i just put it on their desk and say i need "this"

honestly...since you have been driving with a torn cv boot...replace the cv axle entirely...coming from experience...it's only a matter of time before the bearings drop and the axle breaks...
