Windows scratched in tinting process

I had my windows tinted and I just got it back today. On the front passenger side window there are a few scratches that weren't there before. I think the scratches are on the outside of the window, not under the tint. I tried cleaning both sides to make sure it wasn't scuff marks, but they are clearly scratches.

The dealer said they will replace the window or whatever it takes to fix it, so I'm glad about that. Anyone have this problem before?

Sorry, it's really hard to take pictures of a window.

Thats not from the tint. What happens is dirt and stuff gets stuck in the weatherstripping on the outside of the window on the top of the door, and running the window up and down with it there will do that

Sorry but Dirt will not scratch your window or if it does GM has a problem, I've had my car for 7 months in snow, ice, dirt & all & not one scratch

I've had mine tinted & never had a problem as the installer must of did some thing while installing the tint!

Thats a strange one ?????

My back left window did get scratched very badly wneh my window's were tinted. The guy' is refusing to fix the problem so I'm fixin' to take him to court. What he does not know is that I alway's take dated and close detailed pitures of the car whenever it has any work done to it. Can you say screwed!

It wasn't caused by dirt because I haven't rolled the windows down yet. They are keeping it over night again to fix the problem... I haven't had my car since Monday
