ok so everything is hooked up and set up, but my temp. is still basicly the same. what is everyone usually run.. i cracked the drain plug and my coolant wasnt even warm to the touch.. any suggestion?

You need to make sure it's mixed with water, or it will do jack for cooling. In fact, the higher % of water used in the mixture the more efficient your cooling system will be. I use an 80% distilled water 20% dexcool mixture.

im confused...I dont know much about heatexchangers. where is the in and out holes in the stock one? Is there any hoses connected to that? if so where do they go after you route the aftermarket heatexchanger

The stock heat exchanger is wedged between the a/c condensor and your radiator. At the bottom of heat exchanger there are 2 long tubes that extend upward. They are the inlet and outlet tubes.
I'm going to assume you dont have a dual pass endplate. Below is the diagram for running your hoses.

Fyi: This does not completely bleed the system of air pockets. The best way to do that is to install an option b setup.

Hey Staged, I have a quick question for you. I have a ZZP S3 H/E that I'm wanting to install this weekend, however I just installed dual pass/option B on the car. I don't need to drain any coolant do I? I just add more to the surge tank and it will bleed the system of air? Thanks for feedback sir!
