I'm thinking of going with painting mine blue, my car is black so i dunno if i should get light or dark blue...i'm leanin towards light blue to match the blue L.E.D.s I'm gettin soon, for inside and out...thoughts anyone?

I'm doing this to my car now. None of you will notice because pictures don't ever do justice, but I got all kinds of problems with dust and **** in the paint, and a run because I put too much on. It still looks pretty good until you get your nose really close and look.
I'll post pics tomorrow when it's dried and installed.

I just finished mine but opted not to wet sand. I thought it would be too shiny and turn into a hazard but they all look really good. Damnit! Just when I think I'm done. Now I'm gonna have to pull it all back off!!!

^thanks man. That red looks real good. I was looking around for the DIY on the steering wheel pieces but I couldnt find it. Thats the only reason I posted in here was to see if anyone could help me out. If anyone find its link me plz. Ill keep lookin

...really easy to find, go to search button/tab/bar at the top of the page, go to "advanced search", then typed in "steering wheel bezel" then selected the "how to" section and it came right up. anyway. here it is

p.s. just to be on the safe side, i would strongly recommend disconnecting the battery before moving the airbag at all

You guys and your rattle can B.S. And you never want to wax a freshly painted surface right away. the paint cannot breathe when it get's sealed off by wax. You should always wait a few weeks.
