is there a trick for getting out the passenger side airbag middle module? its held on my the four clips in the back and cant seem to find a good way to get it out without busting the tabs??

theres a bolt on the bottom did u take that out?

tyler41390 i dont know if waxing would help, it may or may not.. my .02 is to be careful not to drop or bang things against it and use good clear coat.. i use VHT and it seems to hold up nice for me

Yea I definitely try not to have stuff hit it but still somehow wears off....ill just try and lay some good coats of clear this time around

I thought this thread was about dash not dash trim lol! I wanted to see what it would look like. Only seen a orange one but the whole car was orange on orange and it was ehh.

Its kinda hooked in all I did was use a small flat head screw driver and pry it up over those little things in the front and the other side that are black and have a raised point where it hooks onto the trim

yeah i figured that was the easiest way.. just id do one side and go to do the other and the first two would clip back in.. guess ill just have to master it, thanks for the input tyler

Yea just keep pressure on the front of it that way it don't clip back in while your doing the other side

I just wet sanded it really good...here's how it turned out..bad pic

Yeah that cant be right haha! I mean, must be a bad timing or something. Unless you broke a wire with the pieces under the dash?

And nice paint btw! Looks like a good picture! I like how every thing matches hehe

Yea must have been bad timing...and thanks I like how it turned out...I'm ready to throw the summer wheels back on now..and I need lowered bad haha

airbag light? did u disconnect the airbag module then turn the key with it unplugged?

I love seeing black cobalts with the the dash painted black, it looks crisp.

must a been bad timing, but it went away after a mile so its all good now.
