Removing Front lip on cobalt ss? help
Can someone direct me to a post where it shows how to remove the front lip on a cobalt ss? Also if any of you know a post of showing me how to install the carbon creations front lip. Thanks!

There's clips on the back side of the stock lip that the carbon creations lip doesn't have. You'll take out around 16 of the clips (probably off on that number) and it'll release and you can slide it off carefully. The carbon creations lip then has to be attached, honestly I think they want you to just use automotive double sided tape. How well that holds up at high speeds I don't know.

I had a west wing front lip on my old cavy lol anyways, I decided to secure it with the double sided tape and it actually worked pretty well even on the highway, But unfortunately one day I went to park and just touched it barely on the curb and it popped off like butter..
(but never came off on the highway or going down the road hitting bumps and even scrapping it off speed bumps the odd time)(The tape lasted for about 6 months, Through rain/hail and hot weather so it was decent and it didn't peel the paint at least when it came off)
Anyways stumbled upon this at a Canadian tire and it worked awesome.http://reviews.canadiantire.ca/9045/...ws/reviews.htm
After it was attached with the goop you could pulled on just the lip portion, The goop held so well the whole pumper would flex with it. (Last a whole year so it saw all type of weather, But I didn't drive it in the winter)
Fast forward tho to selling the car about a year later and when I went to take off the lip to sell it, Some spots of paint from the bumper did come with it lol, But really that told me it is good stuff and it didn't even plan on coming off lol, So I wouldn't lose it and/or falls off going down the road and run over my lip and wreaking it like a buddy did lol
