Change NE1 Northeast emissions to FE9 Federal
Does HP Tuners let you change these settings. If the car goes into limp mode on an ECM with NE1 it will kill power (limp mode). If the car is FE9 this will not happen. Has this been a problem for you or anyone?
I have HP Tuners, wondering if its worth it. I bought my car in TX but it was sold and owned in New York for the past 4 years.
