Be sure that the connector is seated all the way in the OBD2 port, and that none of the OBD2 port pins are pushed in, which is not that uncommon. We're sending you another anyway just to be sure. This has no relation to the 12v power issue.

I just got mine from Intense last week and installed it on Sat. I love it except I also have the problem with the very slow refresh rate. I notice you guys are located in Columbia Station. I live like 5 minutes from you guys. Can I maybe stop by sometime and have you check it out and see what you guys think?

you can adjust the refresh rate in the gauges menu,

set it to "1" and you'll be happy!

These gauges display data as fast as the car responds to the request. The Cobalts I've seen are in the 7-10 update/second range at the "1" data rate.

I got mine back yesterday hooked it up and its been working great ever since. In the box with my returned interceptor was a check for return shipping which was pretty kool, as I didnt even ask for it back. I am happy to have my interceptor back and working in my car and hopefully it will stay that way from this point forward

the datarate is set to 1, which is the fastest. I also tried it at the other settings, but same issue. I definetily do not regret getting this gauge. If there EVER is a problem, i know for a fact that Aeroforce will properly take care of you. They have EXCELLENT customer service. As you guys have read, I noticed the problem yesterday, and Todd has already put a new gauge in the mail. I will let everyone know. I am sure it is something simple, and I doubt every gauge will have the issue.

If you are considering buying the gauge...quit thinkin, and buy it! Well worth the money. Aeroforce definetily backs their products 100%

I already did a search and this thread came up so here goes...does the Interceptor display A/F ratio? I was looking at the features list on Intense.com and was too retarded to figure it out. Does anyone have the right answer?

The gauge has 2 analog inputs, either of which can be used to connect to the output of a wide band kit. You still need the wide band O2 and controller, you'll be connecting the 0-5v output (just about every wide band kit has one - just be sure it is a linear output - which just about every one is except the Zietronix) of the controller to our gauge. You'll then be able to read and log the A/F ratio on the Interceptor gauge.

I sent my LC-1 back to Innovate to get the analog out fixed, have not heard back from them yet. I hear that they have supposedly corrected the issue with the outputs failing.

thats good, I wanted to get a Wide band to go with my aeroforce gauge. and had wanded to use the LC-1 because it's supposed to be one of the highest resolution, and cheaper then buying other widebands with gauges.
