It doesn't hit the firewall, period. Regardless, I'm not going to hunt down past customers to prove a point. Also, this thread is about Crankshaft pulleys, so stay to the topic at hand. PM all other other topics.

No problem, let us know what your looking for power-wise... Contact your closest JBP Dealer for assistance.

Hmm, I believe the 2.2 is covered with a Billet steel unit high priced and available from GM. and I think there's an aluminum unit from another manufacturer, although I could be mistaken.

Local guys only, I guess that counts me out.

You sir, your's is going to have to be made from Boron or Magnesium.

I'd be down. And being as I just bought a used truck so I can now play with the Cobalt, I would be very interested depending on gains and what not.

1) remove accessory belt, 2) remove passenger tire, 3) remove splash shield, 4) install puller, remove old pulley, 5) install JBP pulley in reverse.

should be it..

Hi Andrew, long time no read. Did you just say little dinky???

Its hard to judge what we're expecting HP wise. Weight wise, we're looking at 2.44lbs according a computer mass model for our prototype. This shaved about 1 and 3 quarter pounds off the stock weight.

We may shave a full 2 pounds with the production units, depending on whether or not we can attain a completely balanced piece. The lighter it is, the less dampening it will perform. As you reduce weight, you lose the ability to properly counter balance against harmonic vibration. So the JBP production unit weight and drill points will probably be the same as the prototype.

Is it going to be any smaller, ie underdriving the accessories? If so, how much?

no, it will be stock sized. No underdriving, just weight reduction.

ahem...If a lightened flywheel can cause dampening issues, will that reduce max rpm limits?
Sorry Andrew, I have never had my paws on a Lil dinky.

So realisticly would you be able to get this pulley for $150? If you guys as a company could get it done so many people would buy it from you. You have a potential customer right here if you can.
