Haven't signed in forever, sorry for the super late response. The clunking was most audible when hitting a small bump at general in town speeds. When the brakes were applied it wasn't as noticeable but still there. Mine was really bad as was my friends, the clips are cheap so it can't hurt to replace them to rule them out anyways.

Hi, i cam across a post you responded too regarding a clunking from the rear brakes on the SS/TC. i believe i have the same problem and was wondering if you heard this clanking while driving and applying the brakes?

Im hearing the noise randomly while braking and it seems like it would be the pad moving in the caliper as described however it can not be moved by hand as described in your post. THanks for your help
