Is anyone interested in doing the Slowest drag race during the meet? ...I have it on the schedule for something to do. It can be removed if lack if interest is shown.
What is it? probably not what you think
You see who can travel 8' the slowest....8' is about the avg width of a parking spot.
*Someone times your race using a stop watch. Writes everyone's time down and in the end...the person able to do it the slowest wins! Its harder to do than you think.
*Usually you use your own car but it may be easier if Tom has a manual Aveo that everyone uses...not sure if he could swing that or not.
Rules
*If your tires stop moving at all your DQ.
*Using the E-brake is legal
*Only one person in the car
*You only get one attempt

that sounds fun! I say do it with a manual car. makes it a little more challenging. I'd prefer not to ride my clutch for as long as I would have to so a manual aveo would work perfectly!

The Board Room.... yes that was epic in itself...
Since its not going to rain this year we wont need it, but i still have my notes from then.
Yes we tried out the slowes drag race at a sommer cook out at CED.. I failed big time...
must have been my reaction time.. lol
Speaking of drag racing, We need to start signing up for it if your interested, speaking with ARS the promoter who is taking care of that with me.... if you sign up in groups of 15 it reduces the price per car to $34.00 each. This includes all day racing, a tee shirt, a video, and lots of memorys...

Tom, dyno gonna be here this year?
i havent been fallowing the thread vary well.
depending on what kinda numbers get put down(if its sad as **** like last year) i might strap her down and roll a 15psi pull down.
